Something I wish I'd realized ahead of time is that for these particular cabins, there is only enough hot water for a 5 minute shower. The welcome packet says to limit showers to 10 minutes but in my experience, the hot water lasted about 5 minutes. The bathroom is pretty small, but has everything you'd need. "My family of four spent the weekend in Mt Shasta. I would highly recommend this condo. The location is excellent, it is well maintained. The two-bedrooms and the living room are just the right size. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom made it comfortable for our teens. And the well-designed kitchen added to the joy of our visit to the area as it gave us freedom to cook our own breakfast and dinner."

"We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday and ski trip weekend and loved it. Close enough to the ski park and right on the River, was beautiful! We did hear the train, but it didn’t bother us at all, was actually really cool to see it pass by. Thanks for the great welcome bag also, was very sweet. We will definitely come back!"

"Our family had a wonderful weekend in this house. The bedrooms fit our family's needs and everything was just easy and do-able. It was comfortable and casual with extra bedding and towels, a washer/dryer, and everything else you'd need for a winter weekend away. We were close enough to Mt. Shasta for easy drives to and from skiing. We'd love to stay here again. "
