"Soaking in the outside bath with a view of Mt. Fuji, eating above average meals are the highlights. The staff, what few of them there are, seem to play multiple roles and do not engage with the guests. There are foreign staff but little to no English is spoken. The staff don't seem to talk to each other when they are in view. Very cold atmosphere at check in and check out and that wasn't because of the weather ! The service was just so lacking ! The room was not cleaned to a level that...
"Amazing and beautiful hotel. We got the Mt.Fuji view but didn’t get to see it because it was cloudy and rainy when we stayed. The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. But the breakfast buffet was worth it and much better! I will stay there again for the private onsen and golf course in the future. Shared public Amenties with the Marriott which we had no idea but good to know in the future. The shuttle bus was convenient. "
"Ochiairo exceeded our expectations! The facility, room, and food were all incredible. We definitely got a true Japanese experience and felt like we had traveled back in time. The staff is incredibly attentive and our room was unbelievably beautiful. Loved the onsen experience, authentic food, and the attention to detail. "
"The food options were just ok for buffet and very over priced. The private onsen was lovely. Unfortunately the kids pool was very loud in the evening so it made it hard to enjoy.
Also was suprised that there really was no view of Mount Fuji which had been advertised. "
"This is function more like BnB than an actual hotel. The check in was confusing, staff were non existence, there is only one bus line that run every 30min, and completely stop about 8pm. The sidewalk is narrow and share the same road as cars, it's especially dangerous at home with limited views. There are no diner nearby and everything closes at around 6pm. "

"Very spacious for a room of 2. Nice view from living room and bathroom. Onsan is a big bathroom which i expect it’s a natural hot spring. Buffet is great as breakfast.
It will be great if can offer free tableware as there’s a kitchen inside the room .
I asked the staff to give me a plate to reheat food but extra charges are required. "

"The ocean view room was very nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and staffs were nice. The only problem was the location. The last shuttle bus from the train station left around 5, and there was no public transportation."

"This Dormy Inn was exceptional. The two hot springs baths and the sauna on the top floor were the highlight for us. We also enjoyed the complimentary ice cream in the evening and a free chair massage while our laundry was being done. After long travels in Japan, this Dormy Inn felt particularly welcoming with the complimentary lobby drinks and the complimentary ramen in the evening as well as all of the above mentioned conveniences. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Mishima.
