Great room for family of 4. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so lots of room. Kitchen had the basics but could be better stocked. There were only 5 forks, 5 spoons, etc so we were doing dishes often. Perfect location right on the beach. They had chairs you could borrow for free which was great. The only negative was that we couldn’t use the pool all week due to maintenance and no one emailed in advance to let us know.

We were checked in by someone who made some inappropriate remarks. He failed to mention our VIP perks, when I reminded him he said no upgrades were available for the entire stay. The room was not clean, found a used q tip in the closet floor. Rug full of stains and all furniture was outdated and showed signs of wear and tear. No complimentary teapot, slippers or water provided. Unnecessary surcharges on anything you order. Mandatory and overpriced valet parking as there is no where else to park nearby. Five star hotel prices for two star amenities and service. Only positive is that the beach staff were very attentive and kind. Would never stay here again!

My only complaint was that there was construction during our stay and we were woken up early in the morning one morning from someone doing work in the unit next door. Also they were building the boat dock near the pool area which was loud. Other than that, easily a 5 star hotel. Great area, great facility (there was not room service at the time I stayed but it will be available soon) and very easy access to DT Naples and Bonita Springs.
