"I love the property, waking up to nature was just what I needed. Was a bit concerned, as the locals walk through the property as a short cut to and from the beach. Questioned my safety being that the latch on the back door wasn’t the most sturdy. Another, concern was the path to the beach wasn’t in the best condition, cleanliness, clear path.
