"Excellent property with modern ammenities. Nice fireplace with bluetooth speakers interconnected. Basement was perfect for kids for entertainment and privacy. Heated bathroom floor, front gas firepit and private deck with nice view. Not complaint about my stay. Only suggestions is the rental agreement should be part of the Vrbo process for more transperency and accountability. Overall, excellent property to retreat from fast paced life. "

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. In order to access the lake, you need to have amenity badges, which was not clear to us until after we arrived (we booked understanding that amenity badges...

"Overall our time spent at this home was great! It was the perfect place for all of our friends to meet up for labor day weekend and reconnect after some of us have moved away. The pond wasn't very swimmable - the water plants were so tall they were touching the surface/just beneath the surface from the bottom of the pond and it was quite shallow. Was fine for us to float on but again, not really swimmable. The home owner was quick to respond when the front door automatic lock wasnt working...
