We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. "

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"Small, but with efficient use of space. Perfect for my needs.Everything I needed was there, including water and snacks. I loved having my own private entrance with a key. And the patio was delightful.The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn’t roll my luggage around the house to my entrance door because it is a stepping stone walkway. But carrying it was certainly doable, and I needed the exercise.I will definitely be staying here again."

"The home was mostly clean, but had issues with baby roaches. Didn't get to use the pool. I have a special needs child and the pool had a slimy feel, the upper edge of the liner was dirty. The bathrooms, though well stocked, were a little misleading. The 2nd bathroom was actually in the garage. The lawn was not cut upon arrival, instead the Guy came while we were there! "The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for 10 people and didn't feel cramped or on top of each other. Having the kayaks and direct access to the canal and Weeki Wachee river was a huge bonus. We even saw a couple manatees on the river just outside the canal. We did have trouble with our entry code one day but Andrea replied and had it fixed within 10-15 minutes. This was a great place and we'd be happy to stay here again sometime!"
