"Gated golf course community. A lot of times, pics look way better then in person - not this property. If anything, the pics don't do this property justice. Unfortunately, it was very cold while there and didn't get a chance to enjoy the screened in porch. Grocery/dining a quick 5 min drive. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to the area (son, 2 grandkids, 2 greatgrands in the area)."

"Great host. Their contractor or handyman did a poor job. Decorated beautifully. Comfortable furniture. Quite neighborhood. Cleaning lady did basic good cleaning But at home I help my daughter clean her AirBB. We wipe everything down.. Old dried up food at bottom of trash can. And dirty windowsills. None of this is the owners fault. I would absolutely stay their again. Owners need better cleaning services. And a contractor that knows how to read a measuring tape. Lol. The hosts always responded...

I needed a couple extra accommodations and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. If I come to this area again I will definitely stay there. The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! When we got there this smoke-free room had a thick stench of cigarette smoke. The owner had no idea, they didn't bother to tell them. "It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again."
