"Overall, 7.8/10. No vending machines on any floor and the refrigerator in the lobby didnt have much left to choose from besides soda an iced- t. The foot stool under the night stand had a fresh stain on it so I figured house keeping overlooked it. And also the television was nice and big but all the channels were not HD and blurry. Bed was really comfy and bathroom was nice as well. "

"We went to Baltimore to visit the aquarium and go to an event at the convention center. This hotel was an easy walk to both places. Our room was pretty comfortable and the included breakfast was surprisingly pretty good! "

The restaurant is great--we love the breakfast selection and the wait staff is so great. A special shout out to Shatia, who upgraded our room and provided exceptional service, always with a smile. "We stayed at the Sagamore in Baltimore, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick, and our room was beautiful. However, we encountered a slight issue—the heat wasn’t working on Valentine’s Day, which was disappointing. The next day, Saturday, we brought it to the front desk’s attention, and they promptly upgraded us to a larger stateroom. From that point on, our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated how quickly they accommodated us and the great service we received."
