The property consists of two separate units, “Sea Mist Cottage” and “Sea Mist Studio”, which are rented individually. This listing pertains to the larger Cottage unit and can host up to 4 guests. The home is set up for self check-in. Guests can access the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire cottage.

2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products.
3. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail.
4. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place!

6. Please be aware that the property is located on Highway One; occasional noise from passing vehicles, especially during busy weekends, is possible.

The property is set up for contactless entry. We are a local company that manages the property. We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. We're here 7 days a week to answer your questions or address any issues, usually within an hour, even on weekends and holidays.

The cottage is located in the village of Marshall, ideally situated on the East shore of Tomales Bay, making for a great place to watch the sun set! Easily walk, bike, or drive to countless hiking/biking trails and nature attractions. Local eateries, like Marshall Store, Tony's Seafood, and Hog Island Oyster Company, are within walking distance.

Free parking on the premises.
No children under age 12.
Outside guests are limited to 2 without prior approval.
Exterior noise must be kept to a minimum after dark out of respect for our neighbors.
