However the building is a bit old and 2 out of the 4 elevators were out of service (which was not great since we were there for a conference and there were a ton of people there). The hotel was undergoing renovation, so hopefully it will be better next time."

"I came do n to stay for a few days to see my daughters graduation here in mass from the state of Maine I’ve been staying a few days longer than expected and staff has been very frustrated endlessly and helpful there was just one thing I paid Expedia for Saturday but I was charged to my debit card that the hotel had on file but I paid ahead of time with my debit card so I was charged twice on Saturday and hoping I receive a refund since I was charged twice to my debit card I’m sure I’ll get help...
