"A Luxurious Step Back in Time The Palmer House Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the stunning lobby—truly a work of art with its intricate ceiling murals, gold accents, and opulent chandeliers. It felt like walking into a palace. The service was impeccable—every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. I also loved the hotel’s spa and fitness center, which were both modern and well-maintained. My room was quiet, cozy, and spotless, with plush bedding and beautiful views of the city. The location was ideal—just steps away from Grant Park, theaters, and world-class shopping on State Street. And of course, the history of the hotel adds such a unique and romantic atmosphere. You can feel the legacy in every hallway. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates elegance, great service, and a touch of old-school glamour."

"My wife and I loved the vibe and the iconic look of the Staypineapple hotel. The staff let us check-in way early. Thanks morning staff. We were on the 7th floor and it was fairly quiet considering the city traffic below and the view was decent. Of course, a higher floor would mean a better view and more quiet. The only thing I would change, at least in the room I was in, would be to relocate the coffee maker, which completely blocked the lower left portion of the tv. Or you could raise the tv another foot. Thanks Staypineapple for a good start to our 8 day vacation."
