Lodge was nice as all Gondwana Lodges. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Staff is really friendly and food is delicious. However, there are some points that we did not like: the AC is directly pointed towards the bed. We need to turn it off as otherwise we might get sick. they should place it somewhere else in the room. Second point: tables for dinner and breakfast are only prepared inside. But all guests want to sit outside. At breakfast there weren‘t enough prepared tables so I didn’t had fork/knife or a coffee cup for almost 20 minutes…

A beautiful place if you’re looking for solitude and enjoy swimming or drinking. If, however, you’re not a drinker or swimmer then there’s not too much more to do apart from taking walks. No fridge or TVs in the rooms. Meal was buffet style so if you didn’t like much on the menu you still had to pay full price. For me, personally, it didn’t work somI transferred to the Namibian Desert Lodge which, in my opinion, was much better.

Il lodge si trova all'interno di una zona di dune di sabbia rossa ai margini del deserto del Kalahari, in mezzo a un paesaggio spettacolare. Gli appartamenti sono curati e confortevoli, lenzone di servizio (ristorante, bar, reception, focolare e piscina) sono arredate xon gusto e funzionali. Ottimo il buffet.
