In the room I was assigned, the door jiggled and there was a lot of noise and vibration, which become unbearable so I asked for another room. I was told that room was not usually booked due to the noise and vibration of the exhaust fan from the restaurant next door. I was sent to another room but the fan next door was very loud, another room's door was not working, so I finally received a room that was just right. However, the room's walls are paper thin so I could hear the persons next door and people outside laughing until 11 the last night.

Room was loud every morning at 430am from the garbage trucks. We stayed 3 nights and were given the worst room. Windows opened to an ally where there was yelling and profanity yelled during the night. No elevators. Great location. Easy to walk to shopping and sites. Microwave and bags of ice were available making eating convenient. Hot chocolate and apple cider available for free. Old hotel but updated nicely.
