This newly remodeled and delightfully furnished lake house is nestled in a very peaceful setting with approx 150 ft of waterfront. THIS is the place for winter snowbirds and/or lake enthusiast.

Spacious 3 bedroom home with approx 2112 sq ft. Total beds sleep 7with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 3 twins . There are beautiful lake views from every room. Large deck off entire back of home and extra large windows to take it all in. Home sits on three lots making this the place for your family and friends to gather, spread out and enjoy each other and the lake. We are pet friendly and have a fully fenced yard (except at the waters edge).
Bring the boat and trailer. Boat parking along side of bulkhead with multiple tie ups in quiet no wake cove right out your back door-public park with boat ramp steps away from home for additional options to lake access. Great opportunity to be right on the coveted and controlled level Lake LBJ.

The lake is a long and pretty lake with many coves to explore. From the lake house you can boat East to the Wirtz Dam, or South to Horseshoe Bay, or go North to Kingsland then go West and explore the Llano River. If you do not have a boat or personal watercraft, you can rent one locally.

The quaint town of Marble Falls is ten minutes away, with shopping, movies, restaurants, spas, gym, HEB (grocery), Wal-Mart, and many more amenities to take advantage of.

LOCATION: On Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals in the middle of the stunning Texas Hill Country and is only 60 miles and 55 minutes from the Austin airport, 90 miles and 90 minutes north of San Antonio and about 200 miles and a four hour drive South from Dallas/Fort Worth and West Northwest of Houston.

Relax on the Lake
Comfortable and relaxing house on the lake. Clean! Big kitchen! Lovely deck and huge fenced lawn. Note that one side of the yard is the lake. This might not be safe for small children or dogs who jump in any body of water, but for us it was perfect! So scenic!

Our stay was very enjoyable mainly because the property is extremely nice and welcoming. As described in the listing, easy check-in, host communicated quickly. I was able to tie off my boat with the cleats that are installed along the retaining wall, which made accessing the water very easy. We would definitely be back and highly recommend.

2024 winter getaway at the Lake Home in Granite Shoals
Myself and my wife had a wonderful stay at the lake home in Granite Shoals TX. The description of property and home was as stated very inviting & comfortable. Carol the property manager did a super job making sure everything met our expectations and beyond. Carol also made sure we had a smooth entry and exit of the property with our two-month winter getaway. If another winter getaway happens in 2025, I would highly consider the TX. Lake home in Granite Shoals again.

This was our second time at the lake house and it was just as perfect. The beds are so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully appointed, the kitchen is open and lovely to cook in. And THE VIEW from the living room. I could sit on the couch for hours. It’s such an inviting space. We will return!!

Great house and location!
The house was aesthetically amazing. Everything was remodeled, modern and looked fantastic and still felt very cozy. The location was right on the lake and the fenced area and large lawn were great for our dogs to play. The kids fished from the dock and we were able to rent a boat and park right at the property to load our stuff on. We had a great relaxing time and would definitely like to rent again!

Great stay!
Overall great stay. Close to boat launch and nice spot to tie off boat. Need to be careful though as the cove is shallow. House was clean and nice with great outdoor deck to enjoy view of cove. We had to adjust the sleeping arrangements because the loft was hot even with the fans provided but was not a big deal for us. Would stay again!
