Find your Happy Place at this beautiful Coral Lagoon Villa Town home with canal-front views. It is located in Coral Lagoon Resort Villas & Marina, where you will also have your own assigned dock space # 42 for your boat. Spend your Florida Keys vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with an additional Full/Queen sized sleeper sofa in the Living Area. This Key West-style Townhome is located on nearly 6 acres of lushly landscaped property, and gorgeous views of the Canal from both the First Level and Second Level Balconies to further enjoy your relaxing vacation.  Shaded outdoor seating on both upper and lower balconies provides great entertaining and lounging areas for guests. You can even use the fully equipped kitchen while entertaining guests sitting at the breakfast bar. This home is conveniently located in a resort-style community with a beautifully landscaped pool area and close proximity to shopping, charter boats, and tourist attractions.

**** AS OF SEPTMEBER 2024: Dock repair project - Boat slip for this home is ready for dockage with your boat at this unit!! While there's a small grassy area behind the house, a temporary fence restricts access for your safety. We appreciate your understanding as we work to restore the dock to its full beauty. The rest of the property remains fully equipped for your comfort and relaxation! ****

NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. ***

BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
No trailer storage reservations are needed.

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer.  After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

Love the Keys

The home was great, access to the canal was limited. Seems there was a small sink hole investigation. Luckily we decided not to rent a boat for the week and did not need access to the docking that should have been available. We were compensated for the inconvenience and In the end I would come back in the future.

Wonderful Stay

The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you will need. We brought our own necessities as well just to be sure we had everything. We were visiting for my Bday week from Stuart, FL and trailered our boat down. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t dock the boat directly behind the unit as we have done in the past with similar units in the same complex. So we had to pay an additional $30 daily for the trailer parking and the boat. Debbie that works at the marina was extremely friendly and helpful so it wasn’t that bad. Overall would definitely recommend, we had a great time and will definitely return.

Loved Happy Place

This was our first trip to the Florida Keys. We loved Happy Place in Coral Lagoon. The house was beautiful and had amazing views of the lagoon and inlet. We were able to view amazing sun rises. The decor of the home was beautiful and we were very comfortable. We loved the huge doors and decks of the living room and primary bedroom. The community pool was very relaxing. We were close to many restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this property!

This area is so serene. Enjoyed watching the fish in the canal while drinking morning coffee. Attended mass at San Pablo Church and enjoyed it too. It is very close to the property.

Nice relaxing week.

Everything was nice accept the TVs. No HD so picture was very unclear. Maybe some tissues would be nice cause we used TP for nose. A few extra dish pods would be nice. Small bedroom with twin beds could use some hooks on the wall for hanging clothes because you couldn’t get in the closet. Just a few suggestions. We loved the pool. Very clean a quiet. Will stay there again

Family vacation

We have stayed here before and loved the location! We love walking to Curlys in the morning for our coffees, sitting on the porch and then enjoying what Marathon offers with fishing, relaxing in the sun, walking, restaurants, heading to Key West! We love this house, it has everything we need and the host is so kind and welcoming!

Unexpected boat slip

We booked to stay in coral lagoon due to the boat slip. The marinas boat slips are not conducive for smaller boats. The townhome was nice and for the most part clean. However, the stairwell railing and all of the light fixtures were extremely sticky. And appeared to have sticky film all over them. The stairs also had carpet which was very dirty and smells musty and a mildew smell. We stayed for one night and had 5 nights booked. We prefer no carpet. Please make sure to properly clean stair railings and all fixtures. Also, the bedding is cheap material.

Family Fun

Beautiful house on a canal. Spacious enough for all 5 of us. Location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do as well as shops and restaurants. If you wanted to bring your boat it would be right outside your back door.

Fantastic property through and through

Four dive team members came down to help restore Looe Key Marine Sanctuary in coordination with Reef Renewal USA. Rented this space and it was just absolutely perfect. Unit was sparkling, everything we needed for a short week was there. Bedrooms were all well appointed and very comfortable. Half bath in the main floor was great surprise. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Hope to have it as a constant, since we come down every year for coral work with Reef Renewal. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and property.
