"The hotel itself is beautifully built. The staff at check in was very friendly. I did not appreciate having to walk back up to my room to get my ID solely to pick up dinner i ordered from the Asian restaurant. I was unaware the Asian restaurant was in the rear of the casino. It is not within proximity of all the other restaurants. That was pretty irritating. The worst part about the hotel is how uncomfortable the beds are. The beds are very firm. Like VERY firm. "Had to have dryer serviced. Took several calls to get someone to come out and fix. They ended up replacing it with a smaller dryer that took a very long time to cycle through and even then didn’t really dry. Atleast they tried to fix, but not good enough. "

"Did the park and fly, they offer free dinner with many options, continental breakfast from 3am-6am, then hot breakfast. Shuttle to and from airport was quick and courteous. Would stay again while traveling, worth the fee of the parking."

" This property was good value for the price; our Quad room was comfortable and accessible, and the kitchen appliances in the main common room were a useful option. We refilled our coffee and tea many times at all hours. The small workout room has the basics and doesn't feel too crowded. The photos and descriptions are all accurate. "The location was confusing and we had to walk through an amusement park the first night to find the hotel. Our first two nights were reasonably priced but the third night was very expensive. The staff was very pleasant and accomidating"

"This place is INCREDIBLE!!! We have little kids, a teenager, a senior and two adults in the family and EVERYONE absolutely LOVED it! We can't wait to go back! This will definitely be our go to spot when visiting St Louis. The host was extremely communicative. There was plenty of space for everyone. It is decorated incredibly, everyone got a kick out of it! "This stay was amazing, the apartment was very nice and clean. The hosts responded quickly and also did great updating us with any information. We recommend staying here if you want somewhere that’s in a good neighborhood, around a grocery store and good food places. This was amazing, we will be back! "
