"Absolutely lovely stay the receptionist was so help full changed our room as my mum cant do stairs he was so helpful and polite and friendly. All staff were very friendly."
"One of our rooms still had a discarded pizza box from a previous user still with food in it. Communal toilets are very old and battered. Some of the rooms we couldn't open the balcony doors. The restaurant staff gave the feeling that they didn't want to be there. The rooms, food and facilities from a comfort point of view are excellent and the reception chap we booked in with was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Would stay again.

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Was put in what felt like the highest room in the tower, decor was a little dated, but very comfortable with a large bathroom. Food available was a highlight, very reasonably priced for good quality, with a nice breakfast included. Would happily stay again if I'm ever back in the area."
"I asked for early check in but didn’t hear back from anyone, so I arrived at 3pm to find early check in had been added without telling me, so I was almost charged for it. Thankfully the person who helped me check in removed it for me. The room was pretty good but the shower head fell off the hose and absolutely drenched me and the whole shower area"
"I found the staff very friendly and the room had every thing I would expect from a good hotel room. The breakfast was good and there food was very well cooked. The only niggle is trying to get to the main street."
"We had the most amazing relaxing stay. Our room was lovely with a view of the garden. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay, food was again really good however compared to some of the other handpicked hotels i felt the menu let the hotel down. It wasnt as 'fancy' as ashdown or buxted park but the food quality was still really good. I would defo visit again. "
"I had a short staycation with my wife and son. Overall, the hotel was nothing short of amazing!
We were very well catered for, free valet parking, amazing gluten free food choices - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was covered in fresh flowers which were amazing.
This hotel caters extremely well for children, with its own child's pool and play facilities inside out.
Would 100% stay again."
"Grounds looked amazing and the up keep of the grass and all the site has to offer was great, the gardens, pond and reading areas all look perfect and very picturesque and the hotel looks very elegant, room was very clean and modern and had everything my family needed.
The bar service in the evening was great and it wasn’t too busy so food wait times were not a problem.
The only thing that let this stay down was the initial greet with the reception team, the hotel is so elegant you would expect...
"We had 6 rooms for a business trip. All were clean and tidy, large and nicey furnished. Staff were friendly and efficient, parking was easy (althoigh had to be paid for). Very quiet, and we all slept very well. The only negative I could say was that the cocktails we ordered were awful - but we'd all definitely stay again."
"Easy check in online prior to arrival. Was welcomed by friendly staff and were shown straight up to our room and advised on the evening meal options. Had dinner in the restaurant which was good, and a range of local beer was available.
Room was very comfortable with usual drink options plus a coffee machine. Good options on the breakfast menu, which was delicious. "
"We were very impressed with our short stay here as we required somewhere to sleep after a wedding that was nearby. We booked 2 rooms for our family and both were very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and thought we’d missed the breakfast after getting up late but were able to still get brunch!
