Water view with water access and access to boat launch. 5 minutes from Toledo Town, restaurants, grocery store, bait and tackle and Hardware. 3 bedroom / 1 bath with Kitchenette, full fridge, hot plate, microwave, sink and grill. Great place for fishermen and family alike. This a Duplex with two bedrooms and a large kitchen and living on the other side so if more room is needed please inquire
