"When we got there, the front office was closed. They have a machine to get your room information, but because I paid through hotels.com, I could not get the information. We had to wait until someone finally came out and helped us. The beds are very stiff and the pillows were flat once you put your head on them. Also, the room was warm even with the air on. Otherwise, it's not a bad hotel. The staff was kind. The room had the basic necessities and the free parking was a major plus."

"The young lady that was at the reception desk was so helpful, she assisted, and answered all my questions. She is trustworthy, nice and helpful. I needed to charge my phone, but i didn't have the European connector type, the receptionist lend me hers, i was so glad she did. She also spoke English which helped a lot. I was stayed in this hotel to go watch the mountain bike event at the Olympics. "

We couldn’t get the ac to cool down, it felt like only the fan was blowing no matter how much you adjusted the temperature. But the big window opens up all the way and it was a cooled quickly.
