"Super great property and location for travel!"

"Very nice suite but so dirty. When we arrived the toilets had poop splatters still on the underside of the seat, hair on top of the seat, all the baseboards are filthy, top of the fridge was so thick of dust/dirt. Carpets had black dirt spots everywhere. Only thing that looked done were the carpets looked vacuumed. Behind the dressers there were old dirty Scott towels, kids cloths and socks. We ended up stripping all the beds and washing them ourselves along with washing the kitchen and bathroom...

"Spent 2 days with family visiting friends over New Years. Condo was well equipped, awesome layout, walking distance to shops and dining. Breathtaking views of lake and mountains from living room. Didn’t want to leave! "

However, the pots and pans in the kitchen showed significant wear and tear, so we opted not to use them. It might be time to consider replacing them. The general pool area was nice, but some guests left trash and food around, including in the hot tub and pool. There should be stricter rules about bringing food or snacks near the pool and hot tub, and the cleaning staff should ensure...

"Just stayed there for two nights to get away and had a great time! It’s nice and clean and looks exactly like the photos. There were a couple little things that need to be fixed, but I told the manager and it sounded like that would be taken care of. Highly recommended and it’s walking distance of so many places that the location is really stellar! "

"Nice overall but I wouldnt call it luxury. The over the range microwave doesnt work so they have a small one sitting on counter, fridge is small with no way to use door storage because the door storage guards are missing. The outside of the place is old, hot tub is anything but hot, luke warm at best! I paid way too much for the accommodations. Price was outrageous for what it is. We will be back to Lake Chelan but I saw many places that were newer and nicer for the money. Thought I was paying...
