« My 18 year old found this amazing spot, for our Anniversary! We wanted a lakeside getaway and this was ideal in so many ways. We spent the afternoons at the lake and when the weather permitted, we had breakfast there too. It rained both nights which also allowed us to have cozy indoor time together. We had puzzles to choose from, the record player was always on and what a vast range of music to choose from. While we caught up on a few TV shows, we grilled on the conveniently positioned BBQ...

« A Treasure Map.Secret messages. Riddles. Tiny hidden fairy houses. Underhill Hollow is its own little world. Completely enchanting! The Treehouse is beautiful and cozy and the property is just pure magic!...woods, a pond, stone walls, bridges and trails perfect for exploring! The hosts..both human and animal...goats,sheep,chickens,cats a dog and many frogs are fabulous. Can't recommend this place highly enough! »

« My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....

« Very comfortable rockers and Adirondack chairs make it easy to relax and enjoy the lake view. Our bed was comfortable, and Nile supplied all we needed with linens and soaps. We appreciated all the space and large dining table. Lake is beautiful. Very enjoyable stay. Exceptional communication with our host. »

« I set up this stay for five of my coworkers and they all greatly enjoyed their time at the house. Plenty of room and amenities for all, and a pool that came in clutch for the 90 degree days! »

« The cottage is everything one could need or want when wanting to enjoy quiet surrounded by nature. The hosts really set it up with all one needs to feel like they are home away from home. They communicated well and made sure we knew we could reach out to them for any needs. I left out a star due to water issues which has nothing to do with the host but location I’m sure. We had to keep waiting for it to be available for showers and with teens the complaints must be heard and thus that should be...

« Spacious, clean and comfortable home. Nice neighborhood near a nice park and trails . Beds were comfortable, kitchen had the pots and pans we needed for dinner and breakfast. Perfect space for us and our 3 adult boys. »

« We were in the area for a wedding in Connecticut and visiting family in Massachusetts. The location was perfect being in the middle of both events. Its a very quiet neighborhood. All amenities were as stated in the listing. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. We will come back if we are in the area again.bedroom was very cconformable. »

« The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again. »

While our kids we excited to jump on the trampoline raft and a bit surprised it was not floating in the lake (as pictured) - they loved getting out in the paddle boat & kayaks (bring your own pfd.)
