"Everything one could need right there on The Corso. Coffee, cafes, retail outlets, markets, groceries, entertainment and the beach.
The only thing I would highlight is that it’s a party hotel so there is late night DJ all weekend into the wee hours. If you’re a family or love your sleep, probably best to stay elsewhere.
I will definitely be back!"
"The location is great, 1 block from the beach.
There is no A/C. Ok for most days with a cool ocean breeze. Had a record hot spell for 2days, 85F and so a little warm at night"
"Loved the classic hostel feel and intense walkability and beach access. The facility needs some repairs, but if you're young and traveling and need an inexpensive place, perfect. It's loud, but no more so than any other hostel experience. I felt a bit too old to be there at 29, but then again I'm fairly low key and wasn't keen on the party life."

"Great fromt desk service"

"We arrived Friday night for a weekend at Vivid. We looked out over Ryan's Bar and could hear their music to midnight even from level 14. Didn't bother us though. Room was comfortable, and clean. No housekeeping in our 2 night stay and not sure if there was meant to be. Breakfast was fairly simple but tasty and made the hotel great value.
Pity about the severe weather as Vivid was cancelled Saturday night and we had to picnic on our bed!
Extremely handy to Wynyard Station so easy to get around."

"Spotless and squeaky clean cozy hidden gem of a hotel! Having the option of hot breakfast was great add on! Staff are also very friendly and helpful! Overall a great place to stay for your Sydney City/CBD staycation!"
