"We enjoyed our stay, with beautiful views from the balcony, and a very serene and quiet area! located at the foot of the Manitou incline and Barr trail. The home was cozy and very clean. The stairs in and out were a workout, especially after hiking, but we made it! Host was great at communicating and accommodating us! "

First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. "The house is convenient to downtown Colorado Springs, making it easy to access everything we needed. There were great dining options within walking distance. However, the home is smaller than the photos suggest. It was clean and decently stocked, but the living room couch was replaced with an uncomfortable IKEA sofa that fits only 4 people closely. The only other seating options are the 3 wooden chairs and 2 decorative chairs in the dining area. All beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin so much! Everything was just as described. We saw deer and turkeys each morning. We had a light dusting of snow during our stay but no problems at all with the road. The only thing I might would add would be an outdoor gas fire pit or heater to add some warmth when star gazing or getting out of the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again :) "

"This property was meticulously clean everywhere. It was in the mountains but close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Close to Garden if the Gods, the Cog train and to quant town of manitou downtown area. I highly recommend this property. The owner was easily available by text and was very helpful for identifying local must see attractions . 5 star in every aspect. "

"The house was large, clean, and fully stocked but awkwardly laid out. The only bathrooms that had showers were in two bedrooms. So you had to cut through peoples rooms when they were sleeping to use the bathroom and shower. The house says it sleeps 12 but more like 8 comfortably. Overall it was a clean nice home. I would not rent this If I had a large group Again. "
