"I stayed here this past weekend and despite the rainy weather, had an incredible time! The cabin is homey and so sweet. Debra was so helpful and kind and reached out to let me know that she was available if my friend and I needed anything. She also left us some fresh chicken eggs to use, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend a friend to visit!"

There were cleaning issues which we let the host know about but could not send him pictures as VRBO blocked his email address. We would have loved if there was a spot we could have all sat together to play games like a card table or a dining table and chairs. "I grew up in Bremerton, but have lived away from Washington for a long time. I used to stay with family when I'd return, but as I get older that's more complicated (it's probably me, but it could be them). This place is a dream. Cozy in every sense of the word. The fireplace, the fluffy perfect bed, the walk-in shower and serene location in the woods. I'd talk about the beach but that's not really a feature in the winter time (see fireplace). Great for cozy couple or single getaway."

Do need add some items in kitchen- pizza pans, storage containers etc. We didnt see wood for fireplace but then didnt ask either. Master lamps look new but not working. Twin bed didnt seem to be standard twin and need way to cover skylight there for sleep. Overall good stay"
