"We had less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls were in the room. 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoos or any other amenities. Mattresses were only about 5" thick and were like sleeping on plywood. Pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. One of the bedspreads had a big tear on the top. No fitted sheets on the bed and the sheets that were there kept coming untucked. The place is for sale. It is like they don't care anymore."

"I wish I had known prior that I needed to scan my drivers license, my face and my credit card before I could enter. We sat out in the dark cold for a while. It was sent in an email but I wasn't expecting this kind of pre- check in to look for that.the place was great accept for that hiccup."
