*AVAILABLE IN WINTER STARTING OCTOBER**! Location!! This adorable renovated single family home in a great neighborhood offers a beautiful summer vacation home. Stay one week or the entire summer. It has a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a/c, washer/dryer in mudroom next to kitchen, kitchen has new appliances incl built-in microwave and ss dw, real hardwood floors throughout house, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (one with tub!) outdoor shower, this is clean and light-filled space that includes new white wood window shades, 8'-6 ceilings, open front porch with wicker furniture/rocking chair/settee/hanging porch swing, back yard has new huge deck with dining table and chairs seats 8. The gated yard with deck dining. Verizon Wifi high speed included. This clean, adorable house is a charmer and the neighborhood is lovely. Town/Main St where all the restaurants and shopping, theatre and cafes and spas are, short bike ride- under 1 mile to beach- parking spot at the beach available if you book early! The train to NYC and local towns is right in town, so No car needed, but if you have one there is plenty of off-street driveway parking available-fits 3 cars.
