"Saving grace connecting tunnel to the mall, breakfast good, suite room blackout curtains have a gap, bathrooms dated and old, took a while to figure out hot n cold settings, water clogged on day one! coffee machine terrible, weird construction so could barely get any rest "

"Great location near a main souk and the Avenue Mall. Large fitness facility in attached building. Rooms a bit tired with very small windows!"

"Ive stayed here a few times, never had a problem, however if you're looking fot a quiet nights sleep i wouldn't recommend. I will continue to book this hotel for my visits as long as the price is right. Thank you Juffair Grand Hotel "

"The room was great and the service impeccable. My main issue is smoking in the bar/restaurant. There is no ventilation and it became chokingly unbearable so I had to leave. A day and a half later and I’m still having respiratory problems. I would not stay here again. "
