"Conveniently located just beside the train station. Received a warm & friendly welcome. I got a self made bookmark! Has an awesome public bath. Always love this Japanese feature. Rooms are great. Japanese toilets are awesome!"
"Good value overall, and the room was very spacious. The staff was great. The property is a bit dated, but it's no big deal. I like the retro style. FYI the pool is an additional fee per person. "
"Did not realize that room was a mini apartment. Should have planned to stay several days. Check in staff was nice and quick. Room had hot plate and minifrig. Bathroom was a bit odd with small tub and strangely located shower head. Easy to get to across from convention center."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. The beds were firm but soft. All around great experience. Would definitely stay again."

"Great room, bathroom, bed, service. Fine restaurant. Really good espresso coffees. Great location. The Hakata station alone is worth the trip to Fukuoka! "

"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. You can also choose from a variety of drinks and snacks. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was a lovely surprise that I did not know I chose. Japanese amd Western breakfast options. Overall a lovely luxury!"

"Huge rooms. Perfect for older adults who wants to stay close to the station, the rooms are spacious, even provide washing machine and ironing board which we don’t need. The free coffee machine is a bonus. Rates are even cheaper on a Saturday night."
