Featuring a master bedroom (Queen bed), second bedroom (Queen bed) and (3) three full-size bathrooms, PLUS a private indoor hot tub spa (kept about 100+ degrees F) that is entered from the living room on second floor. Eagle Run is approximately one-half mile. This home has the conveniences and first-class standard that a premier townhome unit provides.

Upstairs features an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a full bathroom, fireplace, TV , and sun-room with Jacuzzi spa and a separate deck area with a BRAND NEW (June 2022) barbecue grill. Our brand new Jacuzzi in a cedar lined walls will blow you away with its 17 well positioned jets, and deep seating for four. The two-speed pump allows you to turn jets on low or high, while you relax to the soothing sounds of its cascading waterfall and colorful pulsing kaleidoscope of underwater lights. Make a plan to bring your favorite foods and beverages to stock the refrig and make delicious meals and snacks in this highly efficient, well-equipped kitchen.

Downstairs features two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Washer and dryer. When you're ready to crash, leave your worries behind and head downstairs to relax, and hit the hay. You might need to set an alarm if you're planning to hit the slopes early as your bedroom has blackout shades and is super comfortable and quiet.

Our cleaning rate includes cleaning, spa service, firewood and premium cable/internet and stocking supplies for our place for about 3 day stays with supplies of toilet paper, paper toweling, basic hand soaps, cleaning supplies. etc. If we have missed something - please do let us know. But please don't expect us to provide laundry detergent or your personal toiletries of shampoo, lotions, etc. We do not make your beds every day or provide daily cleaning services as we are not a hotel/motel.
LONGER STAYS of 4 or more days OR REQUESTS FOR EXTRA SUPPLIES beyond normal usage - there will be an additional fee added to your stay of $30+. We're happy to provide for an additional fee whatever you need within reason, but we also incur other costs as well.
