A mountain getaway for the family can be found in Mammoth Lakes at Aspen Creek #113. The condo is within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chairlift. A 5-minute car drive will take you to restaurants, shopping, or the Snowcreek Golf Course.

Gather around the wood burning fireplace with some cocoa on a chilly night. There is a flat screen TV and wifi available. The sofa in the living room functions as a sofa sleeper for bedding for 2 guests. When you need to catch a breath of fresh air, head through the sliding glass doors to access your atrium balcony. A mudroom is located near the front of the home, perfect for storing skis/snowboards and all your winter gear.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals. There is a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, toaster and more for early coffees, warm dinners and more. A built-in breakfast bar has seats for 2 and the dining table has seats for 6.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed. There is an attached private bathroom with a large sink area and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is great for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. This room also has an attached private bathroom with a sink area and shower/tub combo. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms.

Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.

Things to Note:
During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) implements safety measures by boarding up the windows.

Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Worst Check In of my life
After about 10 different emails and texts with conflicting directions, the check in instructions made no sense. The last thing I wanted after a long day of travel was a challenge to get in. The unit was worn, with no A/C, which was not mentioned in the unit description. I own and list a property with VRBO, and if my communication was like what I got, no one would ever return. I will never go back to this place and strongly recommend to anyone to go elsewhere.

I wouldn't book again in the Aspen Creek Complex
Dated furniture was functional and comfortable. The problem was the fridge was not working and replaced with a mini fridge. This did not provide enough room for meal preparation. The over range microwave was also labeled out of order with a smaller model on the counter. Single ply toilet paper was also unnecessarily cheap. Those were the problems with my condo. The whole complex looked old and run down. I would pick a different property for the Mammoth area. I was provided a small refund so I raised the review from 1 to 2 stars. Buyer beware.

Old and falling apart condo/hotel stay
Pictures definitely look better than your stay here at this condo ,first off the parking is bad especially if you have more than one vehicle and the condo is not handicap friendly you either have to take an elevator up to the second floor or take the stairs because it’s like staying in a hotel you have 1 parking spot in the parking garage and have to haul all your stuff up and if there’s a second car good luck finding parking on the property you’ll be walking from across the property, all the appliances are old and out dated the fridge didn’t work and all our meat and dairy went bad and had to be thrown out , the exhaust fans in the bathroom were broken and rattled when you turned them on , the guest bathroom toilet moved when you sat on it and felt like it was going to tip over , the beds were rock hard some of us slept on the floor because it was more comfortable, only one window opened up and it was in the High 90s all weekend with no outside air ventilation,we contacted the property management to come look at all the issues and I was told that because it was a cheap rental what did we expect I guess it’s true what they say you get what you pay for and this condo lives up to that name, I do not recommend this condo to anyone this owner really need to do some major repairs and the management team need to do a lot better at there pre inspections before allowing people to rent it , we made the best of the situation but our vacation was a unpleasant experience.

Make sure they have a new refrigerator
The refrigerator didn’t work. Had a lot of food go bad. Couldn’t make ice. Spent a lot of money buying Ice. Brought a mini fridge over but it really wasn’t all that great. Also if you’re going to be in the rental business get a door key code. Going into town to pick up a key is ridiculous. Plus the code you gave me to get the key didn’t work so i wasted and hour of my time waiting for someone to come and retrieve the key for me.

Spacious but dated and boarded up
The size, space and location of condo were all good. The receptionist was very helpful and communicative. However, the condo is all boarded up with all living room windows and patio windows due to HOA regulations. This makes the Condo feel like a cave and greatly lowers the appeal of staying there. The only window not boarded up is in the Master bedroom. This is definitely is a major negative to this place, along with spider webs and spiders found on the beds we stayed in. I strongly recommend that boarded up windows should be stated on the description of this location, because it was the main complaint for me and my family.

Good location near Eagle
The condo is in a good location near Eagle express, but overall it is very dated and dark. It looks like it has not been renovated in many years. The furniture is old. There aren't enough lights and since the windows are boarded up for snow safety reasons, no natural light comes in and additional electric lights should be installed. The jacuzzi jets were non-operational.

Issues with stay- not as advertised
Wifi was broken. Cable didn't work. Toilet was iffy the whole time and then broke. Main windows were totally boarded up with plywood so it was 100% dark and couldn't see out! Mattress for master was terribly bouncy so when one of us rolled over the whole mattress shoot and woke the other up. The nightstand light wouldn't stay standing and kept falling over, breaking the lightbulb. The pillows were SO hard. One was so bad we started laughing hysterically about how awful it was. None of us had ever felt a pillow that was quite that rock solid. Overall there were so many different issues.

Great location, huge condo!
Really good location, 5 minute walk to Eagle lodge and 5 minutes drive into town. For a 2 bedroom condo, the place was huge. Perfect for our group. The condo is a little more dated than what the photos show, but still cozy. Also, the couch pulls out into a double bed.

Broken windows
The condo had broken windows covered with plywood and we were not made aware of this until after we discovered it ourselves. We saw a mouse in the woodpile on the deck and the master bath faucet fell off. We reattached it, thankfully our son snowboards and had a Phillips screwdriver to fix it. Other than that okay place needs updating but was clean and close to the slopes. Easy check in too.

Carpet is shredded, cobwebs everywhere, management doesn't care
I rented this condo for a weekend away with my adult children. We arrived late Friday evening to find the carpet in shreds and not attached to the floor, sheets on the beds inside-out, cobwebs in every corner. I called management on Saturday morning and was told the manager would call me back, which never happened. When I returned the key on Sunday morning, I again asked to talk to someone and was told the manager would call me, and I still haven't received a call. The actual layout is really nice, but the company who maintains it clearly doesn't care to make it any better.

Great location, condo needs a LOT of updating in many ways
Great location near the base of Eagle. Large condo with a lot of room. The negatives - extremely dated and dark (looks nothing like the photos on vrbo which look great). Part of the "dark" is due to the snow covering much of the windows but it's very dark. Dated - furniture is very old/dated. All mattresses AND bedding/pillow/comforters need to be replaced - the kids were very uncomfortable in the bunks. THe kitchen cookware is horrible - most of the dishes were not very clean. The frying pans were horrible. There was not even a spatula. There tv is very small - should be larger and wall-mounted for movies (just put it where the picture is). The master should also have a tv. This condo could be great if they spent some money updating it and replacing the housewares/furniture/mattresses.
