I would describe the condo as a one bedroom, with a loft and a tiny attic with a single bed. The rooms other than the master are open with little privacy. There is no door between the attic and the loft, and though there is a door to the loft, the loft is fairly open to the living room below. "This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. "

"Really enjoyed staying at one of the cabins at Convict Lake Resort! The whole area is so peaceful, and the cabin itself was beautiful and well-designed on the inside, with all the amenities we needed. The heating worked especially well (it was chilly out). The trails all around the property were great for walking the dog and getting some fresh air before going skiing, and Mammoth Mountain is only 15-20 min away."

The water press is fantastic but awkward in such a small shower - especially for short people. But despite that, we’ll continue to stay because the cabins are always clean and the location is walking distance to the shops and brewery. You’ll enjoy your stay! "
