« Wir hatten ein großartigen Aufenthalt auf Jaumes Finca. Die Finca ist unterteilt in zwei Bereiche. Oben ist der Bereich den man buchen kann für die Gäste, unten wohnt Jaume mit seinen Hunden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den Hunden begrüßt und alle drei haben einen sehr freundlichen Charakter und haben unseren Aufenthalt um sehr viele Glückpunkte schöner gemacht. Super Gastgeber, sehr schönes Apartment, gepflegte Anlage und mega leckeres Frühstück. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt zuhause, wie bei der Familie. « Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung sehr in Ordnung, bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten: • Die Nutzung des Wasserkochers war nicht möglich, da bei Nutzung die Sicherung herausgesprungen ist. Wir hatten das reklamiert, es konnte allerdings nicht repariert werden. • Der Geschirrspüler heizt und trocknet nicht und riecht nach Schimmel, was wohl durch das nicht heizen und nicht trocken bedingt ist. • Die Ablufthaube über der Kochplatte funktioniert nicht. • Der Öffner für das Tor zu den Parkplätzen...

We are nearly all our meals at the big table on the terrace where there’s a sun parasol too but there’s also a substantial dining table inside if the weather does not permit. Fantastic views over to the sea and of the mountains. Good kitchen facilities. Really easy to walk to the bustling central square where there are bars, places to eat and supermarkets and a bakery....

« Nous avons passé 11 jours dans la finca d’Irmgard et Joachim. Petite maison superbement équipée, très propre, avec piscine privée et grand jardin arboré. Située au centre de Majorque vous pouvez visiter l’île idéalement. Joachim et Irmgard sont très disponibles et souples. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Je recommande vivement. »
