"MY ROOM TV DIDNT WORK THE STAFF DID MOVE ME TO ANOTHER ROOM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM ( THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME 2 YRS IN CONSECUTIVE ,LAST YEAR I STAYED THERE IOT HAPPENED TO ME AND 2 YEARS CONSECUTIVE LY , THE ICE MAKER DIDNT WORK HAD TO GO TO THE RESTURANT FOR ICE.) I HAF AN INTERIOR ENTRY ROOM THE FROONT DOOR DID NOT LOCK TO LET NO ONE IN TO THE COREDORE TO THE ROOMS , I FEEL IT WAS LIKE HAVING A EXTERIOR ENTREE ROOM , ON TOP OF THAT MY ROOM DEAD BOLT DIDNT LOCK ONLY...

"About 20 of us celebrated my bday and some other winter bdays and hit the casino! We loved this cabin. It was HUGE. The pics do not give it justice. We will def stay again."

"Took a chance in this hotel after our first choice was booked. We were plesently surprised. The retro look was cool and the room was large and super clean. We had dogs and I believe we were given the best room at the place. Super friendly owners and nice walking area for the dogs. This is our new go to hotel in Maggie Valley"

"We had a very nice stay with our 2 dogs. It is great to have a motel option that allows us to travel with the pups. Grounds were excellent to walk them. While the motel is obviously older they keep it clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and love the retro fridge and microwave."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I was on the first floor in the back, facing the river. Very cool!!! The employees I had confronted coming in and going out are very nice. "

"stay was great, need to adapt for people over 70 like grab bars in all bath rooms other than that it was great. "

"First, the room was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. My only issues were that the room and areas around the outside of the hotel are in need of some refurbishment. Cabinets, doors, carpet, the parking and breezeway area all show plenty of wear. Also, when we first arrived, the room had a very strong Indian spicy incense smell. It was so strong we bought some Fabreeze to combat it.
