"Mitsui Garden hotels always provide a great experience, and the one I stayed at in Hakata was no exception. The hotel features a well-maintained hot bath on the top floor, which was a wonderful bonus. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. They also provided a nice bottle of water every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast here is quite popular, so I recommend booking it when you make your reservation rather than waiting until check-in, as it often shows as fully booked. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try it, but we did have dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious! I’d love to try the breakfast next time. There’s also a highly-rated café nearby that’s worth visiting, and a convenience store right across the street. The large shopping center is only a 5-minute walk away, with many famous attractions within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service."

"This was a great place to be centrally located for a family trip in Kyushu province. I would happily go back. The hotel is right next to Canal City Mall which is full of great shops and restaurants. Across the street on the other side is the food stalls and night food scene of Fukuoka. It's clean and the hotel staff are kind and very helpful. Overall, it made for a great vacation. "

"Booked this specifically for location and the in suite washing machine. Hotel was only 5-10 min from Hakata Station and room was clean. I liked that it had a smart tv so I could use my own Netflix and YouTube. Because it’s next to the train tracks you can hear the trains through the windows, so don’t choose this if you’re a light sleeper. Or just get earplugs! Overall good choice if you’re needing the washing machine!"

"Great location! The washer/dryer in the room was a great bonus . Breakfast was decent and convenient. Staff were friendly. We are low-maintenance and enjoy our peace and quiet; this hotel worked out nicely for us, and we had a wonderful stay. We definitely would stay again."

"Our room is as advertised, the bed was very comfortable and the shower system is excellent! During our stay, there’s an issue with the exhaust fan which the hotel staff very quickly acknowledged and rectify by moving us to different room. "
