"Worst Hotel! Worst check-in experience! Room was not ready at the time of check in, they kept moving us from one room to another, receptionist kept lying about the room. We got our room 3 hours later. We had buffet dinner at their restaurant- noodles were uncooked, staff doesn’t understand Indian national language or working language of the country, no one else was eating except my family, plastic found in Upma and ice-cream, flies on fruits and food, food was cold, naan felt like plastic - my mother fell sick and right now suffering from food poisoning. As if this was not enough, when we finally took a shower, the water was yellow straight from gutter, when we called them they said it’s rainwater, and they gave us two buckets of fresh but cold water, by that time one of us had already bathed with gutter water, and remaining two couldn’t bathe despite the fact that we had to visit a temple. When we asked them to connect with their owner or senior official they said he is in a meeting. Worst experience of our life! DO NOT GO THERE EVER! "

"my check-in was troublesome, as the reciption was not able to find my resarvation, that he did after 10 or 15 minutes. Rest of the staff was quite friendily but as they have their own 'travel agency' it seems to me that on one was willgly direct me to a sport.... instead they direct me to their 'agency' but I don't mind going there again if I go to Madurai again."

"I’m glad I found this hotel in Madurai. It’s new, clean and convenient to and from the airport. The restaurant is decent although the spread is small. Awesome gym. Would be nice if there was a sauna. Huge room. Overall well priced between size, facilities, location and convenience. "

"It was an amazing experience all made possible by the kind Accommodations Manager Mr. Ashok N, the GM Mr. Vishal Srivastava and the Executive Chef Mr.Tapan Sahoo. They were very courteous and warm. The room was spacious and well lit. The ambience and surroundings were peaceful and lush green. The guided Nature Walk led by Mr. Muniswamy was educative and interesting. The food was very good. Overall, a truly five star experience in the bustling Madurai City! "
