Very spacious and very clean. Room was much bigger than we expected. We showed up early and room wasn’t ready, but they let us put our belongings in the locker room. The check in and check out process were quick. In a great location where we were right beside the train station.

The rooms are spacious and bedding is very comfortable. The rooms were clean in general, but more attention to detail would be helpful, for example to deep clean inbetween the bars of the wooden bed frame, where the pillows are leaning to, as they were dusty. There are not too many amenities inside the room, except shampoo, body wash and hand wash. However, the reception team was helpful and provided us with a kettle and drinking cups, upon our request. The double windows work perfectly for the voice isolation from the loud roundabout. Once you close both windows, you can hear nothing from the outside. Unfortunately, I cant say the same for the noises inside the hotel. The housekeeping team was very loud every morning since 6-7am and you could hear everything, from their conversations to the loud door smashing. The location is perfect. Even though it is slightly outside the city center, it is very well connected by metro, bus or train. The La Latina neighbourhood is only 15 mins walking time away where you have plenty of bars and restaurants if you dont want to use public transport.

The room and bathroom were clean and it was accurate with the description. The breakfast was AMAZING! I ate so much because everything was delicious and the selection was great. It’s literally next to the metro station and it’s very walkable. We all agreed that we would stay at this hotel again, for sure!

The overall room and bathroom were very nice. We had been traveling for almost 2 weeks in different locations and this was the last spot before going home. And it was so nice that this was our last location as it was the best on our travels. We were able to stretch out and relax for the last few days of our vacation. Thr snack bar in the hotel was nice the first day we got there for a quick snack and drink. Also the airport conditioning was lovely as it was pretty hot

The location is truly unbeatable. Having the train station literally right outside the front door made arrivals and departures completely seamless. Despite being so close to a major transit hub, the area felt incredibly safe at all hours of the day and night.

Newly renovated, very clean. In a good location, above two train lines. My only complaint is the lack of amenities in the room; no iron, kettle, or bathroom amenities. Different from other Acta properties, which supply those things. Overall it was good.
