"Seems to be a little complicated of an entry system to access the rooms. I would suggest this property to anyone who does not have heavy bags and speaks Espanol as the process would go alot smoother. Negative wise was just the fact that there was no one at the property to guide us through a problem. i.e. with the airconditoner or the WIFI. "

The room was spacious and comfortable but by some aspects the facility is no more in its prime. "This is a solid, comfortable hotel in a good location near Madrid's international airport. Room was clean. However there were three negative issues I should note. One of these is severe: The room had a combination shower/bathtub. Like many people I prefer taking a shower to soaking in a tub. Less water, less time, cleaner. BUT! Using the shower in this room turned out to be a dangerous affair that could result in personal injury! As the photo shows, the shower uses a glass half-wall partition...

"Good clean basic room for our overnight layover at Madrid. They put an extra bed in the room for our child which was appreciated.
