It is a cozy apartment with a modern and harmonious decoration. Ideal for those looking for a home in the center of Madrid.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.
The social area is presented as a large open space where the living room and dining room are integrated. There are two sofa beds.
The kitchen, fully equipped, consists of large capacity furniture, a variety of kitchenware and small appliances.

Excellent location, plenty of space, ideal accommodation
This was a great property. It was a group of seven adults and we all had space but this could do for a family trip as well. The instructions for entry were given to us before we left and were easy to follow and the location was perfect. You’re right in the heart of the city centre near a lot of attractions, transport and there’s plenty of food and drink options around. For the price we paid it was absolutely ideal and I’d recommend it. If we were to come back to Madrid we would look up this property first as it ticked every box for us.

Great Location
Great location - walking distance to a number of Metro Stations, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. Check in was seamless. Apartment was spacious. It was a good surprise to find out that a Smart TV was available in the Living Room. Kitchen was functional. It was great that we were able to enter the apartment earlier than the allowed check in time. We did get a warning that that there is on going construction in the front of the building but the noise did not bother us that much. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Nerea for a wonderful stay in Madrid.

Excellent location
We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well- located apartment. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Transit, restaurants and stores were nearby. Our host, Nerea, responded promptly to any requests such as for extra toilet paper. Construction is still ongoing across the street and can be quite noisy during the day, but the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so sleeping was comfortable. It is not a quiet neighbourhood but that is to be expected for such a central location. The apartment was clean with the exception of the floor behind the bathroom door. It is a very roomy apartment. We were 4 women and appreciated having our own beds and 3 bathrooms. Note that although the bedrooms have windows, they provide some air but no views. They look into the inner complex. However we spent our time in the livingroom and used the air conditioning if we found the street noisy. We found the apartment lacked some amenities such as paper towels, extra dish cloths... And a few basics such as a kettle, salt and pepper, spices, cooking oil... would have been nice. As we stayed several days, we cooked some meals and these basics would have been useful. Overall, we were quite happy with our apartment.

Pros: the location is great - it is central to all attractions and the metro. Check in was seamless and easy with the non-contact lockbox. Cons: The apartment was not clean. Specifically the beds did not seem to have clean sheets (there was hair and lint everywhere) and one of the beds smelled like urine and had a stain both in the mattress and the sheets. There was no mattress protectors. Additionally, the ground was dirty throughout the apartment.

This property is located central to everything. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants and most attractions. Apartment was very cleans d well equipped. Communication with owner was great and accessing the unit was very seamless. Would recommend as a great home location for Madrid centre.

Loved Madrid!!
Pros: - great location- right across the street from a laundry mat and convenience store - Quiet street - AC worked amazing- nice and cold - Great size bedrooms and extremely comfortable beds - Bathrooms were clean- shower was fantastic (rain shower shower head) -very close to hop on hop off bus! Cons: - hot water went very fast for a family of 5 ppl - Can hear ppl upstairs- walls very thin - Construction on street so we had to take Ubers up the block - WiFi was not strong and was very weak- very hard to watch TV without it losing connection- I couldn’t work from this location as the wifi dropped frequently no matter where you were in the house - No paper towels or napkins anywhere in case you brought food home to eat

Great house for our stay in Madrid. It was in a great location close to metro station but yet walkable to museums, parks, and restaurants. Apartment was nice and as advertised. Would definitely recommend for a family of 5. Owner even worked with us for an early check in to drop luggage and change to get a full first day of city exploration in after our flight arrived late morning. We had a great time.

Overall, it fit our needs. It was relatively close to several of the major attractions. I did feel it was strange when they asked for a copy of my passport and required we sign an additional contract with an extensive itemized list of everything in the house.

Great, centrally located property near Gran Via
Our stay at this property was fantastic! The location is right off Gran Via and close to the metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. You'll find many bars, eateries, fine dining establishments, theaters, nightclubs, and popular tourist sites just minutes away. Additionally, there are excellent neighborhood restaurants just a few doors down from the flat that are open late. The nearby laundromat, while expensive, was particularly handy since the flat only has a washer. One of the highlights was the cold air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the summer heat. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The host was very responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again. As mentioned in other reviews, there is ongoing construction on the building directly across the narrow street. The work starts around 7:30 AM and the living area with the sofa bed faces the construction. However, the three bedrooms are located farther back in the interior of the building, so most of the construction noise is not noticeable from there. Overall, the pros far outweighed this minor inconvenience, and we had a wonderful stay!

Very easy checkin process and neat apartmwnt. The location was great for seeing the sights, although the days we stayed there was comstruction across the small street. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms and full 2.5 bathrooms for our family plus large area to hang out. Would recommend for tourists.

The location was wonderful and provided easy access to the sites we planned to visit, transportation, and mini markets. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. There were a few comments from other renters that I read AFTER signing up and found to be applicable to our stay: 1) There was construction going on right in front of our building that we weren’t made aware of until we received the check in details, would have been nice to know this sooner. This caused some confusion for the taxi drop off but the noise wasn’t a problem because we were gone most of the day. 2). The apartment was as shown in photos but the bathrooms could definitely used a bit more attention. 3) It was a surprise to see the list of furnishings (down to the number of knives, forks, and spoons) that would be inspected after our stay. The foil and clear wrap were nowhere to be found and it made me anxious about what else might be missing that we might be held responsible for.

Great apartment in awesome location
This apartment was as described and worked well for my family of 5. There was plenty of space and we greatly appreciated having the elevator! The only comment is that the couches were so uncomfortable to sit on, I would consider upgrading those but otherwise it was a great property! My son forgot his stuffed animal behind and the property manager was very accommodating in mailing it to us, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks for the stay, I will definitely consider if I find myself back in Madrid.

Our first visit to Madrid
Great Central location near restaurants and sites. Currently there is construction in front of the property. There are still restaurants that open up around it but it's not as pleasant aesthetically. The location had everything offered in the property details, kitchen offers, pads and utensils and plates for eating. Grocery store nearby, close to Great cafes and restaurants. Only drawback is that there is no natural light in the bedrooms. But the apartment was furnished nicely.
