All the rooms in the apartment have AC.

The halls in this apartment are long and full of natural light. They will make you feel as if you were in a dream.

The Living Room
In the living room you will find two large windows that allow natural light to come in. The dinning area has a stunning crystal table that can accommodate up to 8 people. The relaxation area has a spectacular modular sofa and electronics are of the highest level: a 55 inches Smart TV with pay-per-view channels, Netflix and a PlayStation 4 - with two remote controls - that can be used both as a game console and a Blu-Ray player.


Master Bedroom
This impressive master bedroom has a queen-size bed of 180 x 200 cm. It has a TV so you can watch your favourite movies from bed, a beautifully-designed ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet so you can feel as if you were at home.

We highly value your rest. All the beds are made to the highest standards of comfort; all the mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic, as it is all the 100% cotton made bed lining.

Twin Bedroom A
This clean and modern bedroom has two individual twin beds of 90 cm x 190 cm. There is a wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and the bathroom is next door. The natural lights comes in it through the large windows making the room even more spacious.

Twin Bedroom B
This room is decorated in warm and golden tones. It has two twin individual beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the bathroom is next door. The large windows allow the light to come in in the most beautiful way.

Twin Bedroom C
This beautifully-decorated room counts with two individual twin beds of 90 cm x 190 cm. It also has a wardrobe to store your clothes in, a mirror and a desk in which you can work at.

The Kitchen
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has been divided into two different areas. The first area is the cooking area that has several stove burners and all the appliances you might need during your stay: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, hand blender, squeezer, kettle and many more. There are also different sized pans and pots for you to make wonderful dishes at home! There is also all the necessary cutlery and crockery for your stay. There is a second area with a table to have breakfast.

El apartamento está ubicado en la Calle Villanueva, 21, apartamento 3º derecha.
El ascensor del edificio es muy viejo y no puede cargar mucho peso, por lo que les pedimos que nos esperen en el portal para indicarles dónde se encuentra el ascensor de servicio por el que podrán subir y bajar su equipaje.
Además les pedimos que se aseguren de cerrar bien todas las puertas del ascensor para facilitar su uso al resto de vecinos.
