Hotel and staff are 5 star but pools were not clean enough to use it, sauna was not usable (very low temperature) no changing room there and nowhere near 5 star level. Indoor pool also was dirty. That is a shame considering that the rest of the hotel is good and everybody very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional unit and beautiful building, lobby and amenities. Great location close to Mandela Square, Sandton City.
Buffet breakfast was quite average compared to the otherwise exceptional unit, building and service.

"Absolutely loved this property!! Charming, small boutique hotel feel with only 6 lodges (rooms). Very friendly staff, excellent food and VERY experienced rangers taking you 2x a day on drives around the reserve. Stuart, Barry and Elliott are all three FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend this property."
