This was my first stay using Expedia.... The locking latch on door was missing . The room was clean but had a strong smoke same as soon as I walked in. And roaches was noticable very soon after I was in the room....

Rooms are worn out. Sheets and blankets were laundered but show signs of old stains. Furniture mismatched but useable. Pool dirty. No Kleenex or coffee in room. No coffee in lobby. Lobby is secured by locked foyer. I’m assuming due to crime. Of course all of this unknown when we booked. Trying to do this trip on a budget. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely filthy.Roaches,non working toilet, rusty ice machine.Never stayed ,Left on the first night and travelocity refused to refund my money.I will continue to try to get a refund but I will no longer be using travelocity.Staff at the hotel swore that I would receive a refund but ducked travelocity every time they called. Imagine you need approval from the horrible hotel you booked through travelocity to receive a refund.
