We got a great price for stating on the island. It is a little far from the main shopping but carriage ride can be ordered. It is walkable as well. There were summer gnats in the room due to the wooded area but that is to be expected and wasn't a big deal.

Beautiful grounds. There is a hotel on the grounds with a $50 million renovation, a couple of restaurants and a general store…which is good because it is 2 miles from town. It’s an easy 2 mile walk along the lake to town.

It was a very charming area and the condo was clean with a great patio. The condo is a little dated which was okay, but the bathroom does need some updating and the patio windows have lost their seal.

The unit pictured was the unit I got, which was beautiful. The condo looked, felt and smelled very clean, including the carpeting. Definitely a home away from home! Bed was big and comfy, and en suite laundry was so nice for our messy island adventures. We will be returning for sure! Thank you Sunset staff, for another wonderful end-of-season stay!!
