The hotel is probably the best one in the city, right on the beach and with two separate swimming pools. The one closer to the beach has constant music and children so be advised. The nightly buffet was usually quite varied, tasty and fulfilling. Rooms are quite ample, quiet and well maintained despite the age of the hotel. However, the best thing about this hotel was the high level, joviality and kindness of the staff. All of them showed pride in their work and were always cheerful. What a difference this makes.

Resort em Maceió
O melhor Resort de Maceió, uma ampla estrutura, com duas piscinas, clubinho para crianças, restaurante Canoas com comida muito boa. É central na praia de Jatiúca, dentro de Maceió. Infelizmente a quarta de tênis está em péssimas condições, sem manutenção nenhuma. O restaurante Veni parrilha que serve churrasco foi a maior decepção da viagem, péssimo serviço, carne crua, sem sal, demorou 1h pra servir. Péssimo, nota zero!!!! Pessoal totalmente perdido e não sabem o que é churrasco.

Áreas comuns muito boas, quarto bom, comida média!
Fiquei no quarto mais simples. Bom mas não excelente. Destaque negativo para a televisão. Pequena, poucos canais e controle remoto que não é compatível com os canais disponíveis, dificultando a troca de canais. No meio da noite começou um barulho (gerador?) que me impediu de dormir. As dependências do hotel, principalmente as piscinas, e a localização, reputo como excelentes. A comida de média para ruim. Um gosto sazón, pouco saboroso. O café é bom, destaque positivo as tapiocas e omeletes feitas na hora, destaque negativos os sucos e o café, de baixa qualidade. Volto? Volto, como disse as áreas comuns são muito legais, mas sem a tal pensão completa, não faço questão de almoçar e jantar no hotel.

Resort maravilhoso ficamos 4 diarias e depois fechamos mais 5. Comidas do almoço e jantar mto bom. Além do café da manhã. Porções e bebidas com preço mto justo. Todos os funcionários são mto educados. Quero destacar o atendimento do sr. Ronaldo que atende nos redtaurantes, atendimento fora de série, um profissional diferenciado. O hotel é muito bom. A limpeza é impecável. O café da manhã é excelente. O almoço e o jantar são bons mas podem melhorar. Meus filhos gostaram muito da equipe de recreação. Os funcionários são atenciosos, as piscinas são ótimas. A mobilia dos quartos já está velha e precisa ser trocada. Nota 8,0 no geral.
