"First off, the surrounding area and the lake the cottage sits on is absolutely amazing. The lake is very busy with jet skis and lots of boaters. The fishing is decent as well and if you want great, Lake Joseph is only 10 mins down the road. The lot for the cottage is very large, with a nice flat front lawn that was great for family lawn games. The back yard has a gentle slope to the water with a very nicely set up firepit and a nice sandy beach area for the kids to swim. The dock was great...
