We loved being only 1 mile to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain national Park to snowshoe all the trails. We loved being very convenient to the Grand Lake cross country ski center and driving distance to two other cross country ski locations. It was an amazing location! We plan to return."

The bird feeders near the hut tub were the perfect touch, and the home is perfectly decorated with everything we needed. Nederland is a 10 minute quick drive, where we had plenty of shopping and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely be back!"

"I booked this cabin for a family getaway with my wife, three sons, and daughter in law. The cabin was nice and clean when we arrived. They even had the property maintenance man snow blowing the driveway for us!The views from the cabin were spectacular. Sunrise over the mountains every morning. Just minutes from downtown Grand Lake with lots of shopping and dining opportunities. We would most certainly stay here again!"

Gorgeous views from deck. Wasn’t aware of a few steps leading up to house from the driveway, but shouldn’t be an issue for most people. Just something to be aware of if elderly or knee issues. Overall would stay here again. Private and nice. "

The living and sleeping areas were not cramped. Check in went smoothly and check out was relatively simple. We spent a week at this property and found its location to be convenient for trips into town and close to RMNP entrance. We would rent again!"

"My husband & I stayed with our son-in-law and his 2 boys. Both boys have a form of muscular dystrophy called Freidriech’s Ataxia and are in wheelchairs. They needed a weekend in nature and the cabin in Pleasant Valley fit the bill. We had to navigate a few stairs but all in all the environment was perfect. Marty, the on-site property manager, was very friendly & responsive. "
