Back in it's glory days this was a beautiful hotel. Hopefully they remodel to restore it's beauty. Room was old but clean. Great staff. Easy parking. Would stay again.

Property was very rundown, the hot water took forever to get hot, ice machine on fifth floor not working was told had to go to the third floor or eighth floor for ice., only an outlet with a power strip worked in the room, the lamp outlets did not work. Was not extremely unclean, but was very dated and could use lots of love. It’s almost like this was a very happy place back in the 90s. Only one elevator worked, no housekeeping to bring up extra towels, had to go to the front desk to get those

Staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. The one drink machine for the entire hotel was down. There was no other option to even purchase water. There was also no option for breakfast.

It was close to restaurants and the price for being close to things was great. The room was spacious but really stank of cleaning products, it was hard to breathe. Also another great thing was having a gym BUT it was not taken care of; no mats for exercises and the weights were dirty. The tv made a lot of noise and didn't work. Overall, while the Grand hotel was very convenient (great location) and room was spacious and bed comfortable, a little updating wouldn't hurt it.

Very grateful dogs are accepted. Had a wedding a block away. Unfortunately the room was carpeted so quite stained but overall the bed was comfortable and large, staff and all guests so nice

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. If trying to save money, its a fine option, but the building is tired. The carpets are worn, the common areas are musty. There is no onsite dining option, but several wonderful dining options are within walking distance. Free covered parking. WiFi signal was spotty.
