"The property is unique thanks to the owners (Marina's) keen eye both interior and exterior design. The pool is relaxing and beautifully maintained. The rooms are all unique again showing the owners discerning eye. Being in the west bank of Luxor it is ideal for exploring the Valley if the Kings, Hatshepsuts mortuary temple ect all being within 15 minutes drive of the hotel. A driver can be hired for 4 hours from reception. All in all this is one of the most captivating hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Alcohol is not sold on the premises but you can bring your own alcohol and consume on the premises. If you want a change to the conventional mundane modern hotels then i cannot recommend the Djorff Palace enough."

"Wonderful stay. Highly recommend the upgrading to the rooms overlooking the nile. Staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was very good. "

"Very nicely situated right on Nile river with very nice pools and open spaced restaurants on edge of the river. The neighborhood is probably not the best, but does not matter since Hilton’s very nice property is isolated from the surroundings. "
