False Advertising - it looks like a wonderful spa hotel on the pictures. I drove by twice before I saw the hotel lobby in a grey building, on a street that looks like a seedy suburb. Room was good (electrical shades and nice bathroom), but no restaurant (everything closes at 9pm around there). Breaksfast system with Covid 19 was long and inefficient...long line before you get seated, but breakfast is ok (felt bad for the staff that had to run around) the pool was only open at 10 am (by then we had left the town) Advice : go to Orthez (much nicer city)

"A large clean air conditioned room, access by lift with very helpful staff. The decoration was a little tired but acceptable and a good historic building. Parking in the public car park was not ideal. Limited evening meal menu but good breakfast."
