"Turns out the property was just as it looked online. Location was great...close to Blue Moon Two (a fantastic place for an amazing breakfast), grocery and a couple of small bars. Easy access for Lyft to get us around town and definitely a plus to have parking included! Miles, our host, was great and responded super quickly to any questions we had. Would recommend. "

"We had a pleasant stay in Mr. Farrow’s home. It’s spacious, clean, and felt like home. Doc made sure we had everything we needed. We barely noticed that he was sharing his home with us. He was very accommodating to our needs and responded to us within a reasonable time. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property is as seen on the website. The place was neat and tidy. Everything we needed was available. We were basically there to crash at night and shower in the morning. Pete and Maura have done a nice job with making the place comfortable. There was easy communication. The washer was broken, but they offered an alternative if we needed it. "My daughter and I were checking out colleges in the tri-state area and stayed for 3 nights. Everything was great, lots of room and 2.5 bathrooms was so nice to have. We felt safe for the most part! Easy to get around the area and we only had to park a block away one of the nights! Thanks for a great stay! "

"WhyHotel is always a comfortable stay. I’ve been here about 4 times. They’re beautiful, luxury apartments that operate as a hotel. Check-in is fast and easy. The accommodations are spacious, clean and comfortable. The property itself is conveniently located in the Merriweather District of Columbia Town Center with lots to do and lots to eat nearby.
