"Location is extremely close to train station which makes it a breeze getting in and out of Milan. Staff was nice, apartment had amazing views and well stocked with everything you could need. Only negative would be the limited time for check in. If you don’t make it by the time (we didn’t, our plane didn’t land in time) you have to go around the block to check in/get your keys."

"It was a good choice for a family of four. Very near our friends at the Hyatt, the train station and metro lines to attractions and shopping. Restaurants and cafes on the same block were excellent as was the "food court" at the train station. There were some maintenance issues that they seemed eager to correct, so I hope they did. Apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but was supposed to be non-smoking. The A/C and washing machine worked great!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! I admit i was a made a bit nervous, by all the coments about how difficult the check in process was and the problems people were having with the QR codes to access the building. But i am happy to say we had no issues. However the online checking form and the contract you have to sign are a bit too much! Regardless, the flat we stayed wes really nuce and clean and the area is great: central, modern, you have so many dining and shopping options and easy transport...

"The location is excellent, right by the metro station. Penny market and Pam store is also very close. The apartment is good, but has a few issues to mention. When we arrived, the window was open and the bed was covered with dead midges. We were able to sweep them off, so we didn’t make a fuss about it. The apartment is described as having a separate bedroom and a balcony - none of that is true. It is a studio style apartment, one of 4 that were created by converting one large apartment into 4....

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."
